The Role:
This is a pivotal position within our newly forming Group Treasury team. You’ll take the lead on strategic cash flow planning, liquidity management, and cross-border treasury operations. You’ll work closely with both local teams and global stakeholders to ensure we have the visibility and structure needed to support Valtech’s ongoing growth.
The role responsibilities:
- Preparation of short/medium term Group cash flow forecasts and variance analysis.
- Proactively collaborate with Group entities to accurately assess their liquidity needs.
- Analyze cash flow patterns to identify trends, potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Present reports to the management highlighting key cash flow insights.
- Monitoring over credit facilities – debt balances, interest payments and compliance
- Supervise intercompany balances to ensure accurate and timely cash allocation within the Group.
- Support the development and implementation of new treasury processes
The ideal candidate’s skills:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 4+ years of experience in relevant finance/accounting role, preferably in a multinational corporate structure.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Financial modelling (Power BI) is a plus
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a broader team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate multiple parties
