Prior to Valtech’s involvement, Mondelēz International’s corporate site was running on an outdated version of Sitecore. While this instance of Sitecore was fully functional, the opportunity to scale and further optimize was limited. Mondelēz International wanted to build a foundational corporate website where press releases, news and company updates could be widely distributed.
After the discovery phase, the decision was made to update Mondelēz International’s Sitecore instance to a newer version better capable of meeting all of their needs. Among other benefits, this migration would introduce governance protocols to better control brand, design and messaging across corporate sites country to country.
Mondelēz International also had a stated desire to improve their own digital maturity while making more “data-driven decisions.” To facilitate this, we setup Google Data Studio dashboards to collect and present important data needed to make the best decisions possible about content, campaigns and more, improving the site’s digital maturity.
