Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) has been a key focus at Valtech Ukraine since 2021, shaping how we support our people and navigate challenges. As part of a six-country Delivery Hub, we integrate global best practices with local realities to foster a culture of belonging and resilience. The ongoing war has only strengthened our commitment, driving initiatives that prioritize both individual well-being and societal impact. Our efforts were recognized with the Veteran Friendly Award in 2024, but this is just the beginning.

Veteran Friendly Award

Ukraine’s defenders face immense challenges, from life-changing injuries to long-term recovery. In 2024, Valtech Ukraine raised €5,300 for Superhumans Fund’s prosthetic rehabilitation program and €5,000 to fund 64 rehabilitation sessions at Veteran Hub. Every contribution helps veterans regain mobility and rebuild their future.

Charity Auctions

With 6,500+ colleagues across 25 countries, Valtech embraces cultural diversity as a strength. Our Cultural Diversity Project fosters global connections through interactive lectures and celebrations, highlighting Azerbaijan, Poland, and Portugal so far. Engaging 120+ participants, these sessions promote inclusion, celebrate traditions, and strengthen collaboration across borders.
