The Ideal Candidate
- A number of years experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect designing Salesforce digital platforms.
- Current project experience of designing digital platforms using Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud/B2B Commerce Cloud and a broader understanding of Salesforce Core products.
- The ability to inspire our development teams and our clients.
- Genuine passion for Salesforce technology. Someone who ‘gets it’ and the benefits it will bring to the customer and end user.
- Experience with coaching and mentoring teams, encouraging independent and analytical mindset with your colleagues
- Possess relevant certifications, such as Salesforce System Architect or Salesforce Application Architect.
The Role
Within our dedicated Salesforce service line we deliver Salesforce implementations with the absolute best talent from around the world. As a Technical Architect you’ll be coming up with solutions which may have never been made before.
You will act as a dedicated partner for customers to absolutely guarantee quality on your projects. You’ll provide advice regarding complex technical Salesforce issues and mentor & coach your colleagues to contribute to further growth.
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
- Working closely with client’s leadership to help them with their long-term goals and technical requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of complex Salesforce solutions.
- Applying best practices and coding standards on our projects.
- Guiding and coach more junior team members.
- Defining integration strategies and integration tooling.
