Senior/Lead AEM Engineer

We are looking for Senior/Lead AEM Engineer with AEM as a Cloud Service experience to join our global team of 6,000 professionals in more than 60 offices worldwide.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong knowledge of Java and analyzing, designing, and implementing features in AEM 6.5.
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service.
  • Experience in active participation in Agile Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Status Meeting, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospection).
  • Knowledge of AEM Setup/Configuration, Capacity Planning, caching, and performance optimization.
  • Strong capabilities in diagnosing and solving technical problems during the development.
  • Good Knowledge in maintaining client libraries and the introduction and usage of next-gen frontend frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of AEM Sites and AEM Assets.
  • Leadership skills – strong collaboration skills, decision making skills, ability to provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM).
  • Very experienced in integration approaches of 3rd party systems.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Accountability, collaboration, and time-management skills.
  • Strong desire to learn more about business every day.

The Role

As a Senior/Lead AEM Engineer you’ll be expected to:

  • Participate in software design, development, and implementation of Adobe AEM (Provide advanced-level technical design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation skills).
  • Provide oversight, planning, and technical direction to development teams to ensure successful delivery of software projects.
  • Ensure the software developed adheres to best practices and quality standards through code and design reviews.
  • Assess remaining work effort for time to complete estimates.
  • Interface with the client in support of integration design.
  • Interface with engagement and project managers to ensure proper adherence to SDLC and to conduct project risk identification and mitigation planning.
  • Define implementation processes, quality gates, and standards for design and development.
  • Provide motivation and guidance to the development team during the systems development life cycle.
  • Diagnose and solve technical problems encountered during the development.
  • Support the team when it comes to technical decisions and mentoring.
