The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Developer
- Experience developing Apex classes, triggers, and LWCs
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture
- Release management and leveraging CI/CD tooling
- Testing and debugging
- Experience working with the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (B2B Commerce Cloud is also advantageous)
- Platform Developer 1 certification, additional certifications are welcome
- You’ll have a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an IT or technology related field
- An excellent command of the English language in both speech and writing
The Role
Within our dedicated Salesforce service line, we help our clients achieving their goals leveraging Salesforce, utilising the best talent from around the world. As Developer, you are the one who makes our customers’ dreams a reality: you understand the capabilities of the platform and knows how to build the solution either through declarative or through programmatic development.
There’s a great deal you’ll be able to teach others in this role, whilst simultaneously expanding your own skillset. As a Salesforce Developer, you could be working with LWCs to deliver on the most user-friendly solution, or you could possibly be working on an integration between an ERP and Salesforce. We’ll challenge you to become the very best version of yourself. You’ll become an integral part of a close-knit scrum team, working on impactful projects for our customers together, like the implementation of a new e-commerce platform or a CRM system.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating Salesforce (technical) solution designs,
- Declarative and programmatic development of Salesforce functionalities to meet the business requirements,
- Creating estimations for the work to be done,
- Working closely with other members of the scrum team on the project,
- Build integrations using best practice integration patterns,
- Peer reviewing others’ work,
- Share knowledge.
