The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience managing multiple teams to meet organizational needs in a corporate/internal project delivery environment
- Proven experience in managing large, complex projects and, programs preferably a relevant project management certification (PMP; PgMP, PfMP, Prince2, APM, etc)
- Ability to organize teams and align work efforts to achieve and exceed strategic goals, including budgetary and performance targets
- Familiarity with challenges associated with organizational design transitions and the ability to guide teams and stakeholders through change effectively
- Experience connecting project outcomes to internal value creation and aligning with broader business objectives
- Upper-Intermediate English level
The Role
As a Program Manager, you will lead internal initiatives to deliver impactful programs and projects for the organization. This is a corporate role, focused on aligning project delivery with organizational goals, ensuring compliance, and driving improvement across processes and systems.
You will:
- Report directly to the Corporate Portfolio Director and participate in timely generation of insight across your projects and programs as well as contribute to the strategic roadmap
- Oversee and prioritize the work within your area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Provide consistent leadership for transient project teams, establishing roles, responsibilities, and clear objectives
- Collaborate across departments and with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define and monitor project and program KPIs, deliver solutions, and maintain trust
- Support the internal receiving departments during transition of project ownership and facilitate their collaboration with IT, Internal Controls and PrivSec
- Create a safe, inclusive, and learning-oriented environment for your teams, fostering collaboration and continuous development
- Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational or process changes
- Serve as a visible and supportive leader for your teams, driving alignment and productivity
- Achievement of team goals related to efficiency, and internal impact (Team utilization/billability and gross margin)
