We are looking for a Middle Talent Sourcer to join the Delivery Hub Talent Acquisition team, which includes 15 colleagues from Bulgaria, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, and Ukraine.

The Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer in IT industry
- 2+ years of experience working with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, GitHub, etc.)
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including candidate database searches, pipeline management, nurture campaigns, analytics, etc.
- Hands-on experience with tools and extensions that assist with text and speed up candidate sourcing and screening
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques such as Boolean search
- Creativity and proficiency in writing emails that will engage candidates
- Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and local and global market trends
- Passion for the role and eagerness to learn and grow
- Proactive, self-organized, results-driven, flexible, and resilient
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level
Optional:
- Experience in sourcing and engaging candidates from other countries
- Proficiency in market research
- Recent experience in agencies or service companies would be a plus
- Experience using AI-powered tools for candidate sourcing, screening, and outreach optimization
The Role
As a Middle Talent Sourcer you will:
- Organize the sourcing process for each job opening: сoordinate with a TA Consultant to determine position requirements, prepare a working file, define the ideal candidate profile, write messages (for outreach and pre-screening), build a pipeline of relevant candidates, and reach out to them
- Conduct an initial assessment (resume review, pre-screening answers, and English-speaking check if needed)
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates
- Track the hiring funnel and analyze processes to identify, highlight and communicate about bottlenecks on time
- Use various sourcing channels and techniques, such as online databases, social media, Boolean searches, and professional networks, to find IT candidates with the right skills
- Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline of both active and passive candidates, and keep regular contact with them
- Conduct market research to evaluate the presence and growth of a specific technology in the market, and propose ideas based on the analysis
- Manage ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter by properly formatting candidate profiles, inputting all necessary information, cleaning up pipelines once the work is complete, and updating the database accordingly
- Maintain a data-driven approach (collect data (funnel) on job closure, monitor weekly progress, analyze the funnel during the recruitment process, and assess metrics)
- Promote our employer brand online (post about job openings on LinkedIn) and offline
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the sourcing process, from first contact to assessment and introduction to the TA team
- Collaborate closely with Lead Talent Sourcer to get guidance and direction
