ABB Robotics has chosen Valtech to redefine its digital commerce platform

ABB Robotics, the leading global industrial robotics company, partners with Valtech to develop an innovative digital platform “Robotics One”

Valtech, the experience innovation company, has announced its partnership with ABB Robotics, a global leader in industrial robotics and discrete automation, to create a cutting-edge digital platform designed to enhance operational efficiency, increase lead quality, and boost customer satisfaction.

This new platform will enable users to seamlessly find, order, manage, and troubleshoot ABB Robotics' products and solutions throughout the customer journey and lifecycle. The portal will use AI search to improve product discovery and provide customers and prospects with an intuitive and personalised experience. In addition to the commerce engine, the platform will integrate several advanced features including a Customer Portal, Customer Identity and Access Management, Installed Base Information and Product Information Management.

The personalised and user-friendly portal is designed not only to boost sales with existing customers, but above all to enhance convenience and drive higher customer satisfaction. The platform will reduce costs by streamlining processes and will play a crucial role in data analysis, refining marketing strategies, and exploring new business models, leading to innovation and increased brand awareness that will attract new customers.

The global, multi-year, and multi-phase initiative began in July 2024, with a worldwide rollout covering all participating countries, expected to be completed in waves throughout 2025 and 2026.
