At Valtech, we often work on large projects. Projects that involve more business units and require us to work with cross functional teams within an organization. The way we work with a client (the process) needs to be adapted to the specific client in order for us to succeed. For website projects that involve our Design Thinking Team, we strive to always start a new project, with a Research and Design phase, this is where we get to know the client and understand their business and market needs, which in turn is crucial to bring into the design work to set the strategic direction.
