Case studies: hear from our people
At Valtech Ukraine, we stand with our colleagues who joined the Armed Forces and those transitioning back to civilian life. From job security during mobilization to mentorship, skill development, and tailored benefits, we ensure veterans feel supported every step of the way. Our efforts were recognized with the Veteran Friendly Award in 2024, but this is just the beginning.
Ukraine’s defenders face immense challenges, from life-changing injuries to long-term recovery. In 2024, Valtech Ukraine raised €5,300 for Superhumans Fund’s prosthetic rehabilitation program and €5,000 to fund 64 rehabilitation sessions at Veteran Hub. Every contribution helps veterans regain mobility and rebuild their future.
With 6,500+ colleagues across 25 countries, Valtech embraces cultural diversity as a strength. Our Cultural Diversity Project fosters global connections through interactive lectures and celebrations, highlighting Azerbaijan, Poland, and Portugal so far. Engaging 120+ participants, these sessions promote inclusion, celebrate traditions, and strengthen collaboration across borders.
