Partner Sales Manager, Data and AI
What we are looking for:
As the Data and AI Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with platform-specific partners such as Databricks, Twilio Segment, Snowflake, and MongoDB, selling "for" and "with" these partners to prospective new clients and our existing client base, with a heavy focus on North America. Your role involves driving sales growth and developing business pipelines by fostering robust partnerships and collaborating closely with internal and external teams. You will focus on selling and co-selling initiatives, particularly in the North American market. As this role is the first of its kind for us, you will help shape and align partner strategies across multiple regions (Americas, EMEA, APMENA) to ensure seamless integration and execution. This ecosystem has the potential for additional platform partnerships as it evolves over time. This leadership position is critical for enhancing our market presence and achieving strategic business objectives through effective partnership management.

Back to the role:
Key Responsibilities:
- To take the lead in building the Pipeline for the Partner Business in the North America focusing on our Data + AI partners, Databricks, Twilio Segment, Snowflake, and MongoDB.
- To close Partner centric opportunities with existing clients and new prospects
- To Build and develop all required relationships to help build strong “field” level understanding of our differentiators with the partners.
Business Development & Market Development
- Working collaboratively with the Partner Business Leader, & Partner Development Manager to take our Data + AI partner-centric solutions to market and get them in front of both existing and new customers
- Work closely with the Service Line and Vertical Leads on Demand Generation activities for Data + AI
- Work collaboratively with Partner Marketing to devise meaningful outbound and account-based campaigns
- Manage and direct any go-to-market and development activities aligned with you, in collaboration with the Partner Development Manager for the region.
Relationship Development
- Building meaningful relationships with Account Teams and Solution leads at our Partners Databricks, Twilio Segment, Snowflake, and MongoDB
- Network with other partners and ISV partners to help foster community
- Attend Trade, Solution, and Partner Centric events to network and meet prospective clients
- Foster collaboration across internal departments to ensure strong alignment and drive successful partner outcomes.
- Build strong meaningful relationships with the internal SME’s and Practice Leaders
Demand Conversion
- Meet both the attached pipeline and revenue objectives
- Lead the pursuit team for any partner-centric pursuits
- Act as the SME in any broader transformative pursuits that are led by the Service Line or Vertical
- Track and measure growth KPIs to ensure alignment with revenue objectives and partner performance.
- Lead the Demand Generation strategy for the Region
What you should have:
- 7+ years’ experience in management, business development, or a similar role
- Proven track record of selling with and for Partner aligned businesses
- Platform-specific experience with key partners such as Databricks, Twilio Segment, Snowflake, or MongoDB is required to effectively manage and execute partnership strategies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans
