Bose

At Bose, they believe sound is power. The highly collaborative process in which Bose and Valtech worked also believed that to their core. The work spanned UX research, 3D development, UX/UI design as well as technology consulting for an immersive audio experience to bring the newest Bose products to life in a crowded and competitive market that caters to a large audience that has been settling with “good enough”.

The challenge

Bose

Bose needed a way to activate their brand and visual identity in a way that was as visceral and sensorial as the product itself. The challenge— engage and captivate consumers by bringing the Bose brand to life across digital touchpoints from the smallest of screens on mobile, Bose.com, in-store interactive demos and displays and launch activations.

Together, Valtech and Bose designed an omni-channel strategy, answering customer’s curiosity everywhere in their product journey and crucially supporting them at the final point of decision-making—in-store and online.
