The ideal candidate's skills
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Pitch Deck Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create and manage the production of visually stunning pitch decks that will help is to win over the biggest brands in the world and and work closely with our client partners and global creative community. Your expertise in PowerPoint and Google Slides, combined with a keen interest optimising production processes (operationally or with AI tools), will be crucial to your success.
/ Proficient in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
/ A natural storyteller!
/ Strong graphic design skills with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
/ Demonstrated ability to manage the production process and meet deadlines.
/ Interest in experimenting with AI tools for production optimization.
/ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
/ English — Upper-Intermediate level.
/ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
/ Bonus: Skills in illustration, animation, or generative AI.
The role
/ Design and produce high-quality pitch decks using PowerPoint and
Google Slides. Sometimes within the brand of the client or the agency or
themed to the concept of the solution.
/ Collaborate with client partners to align on the narrative and ensure a timely delivery of pitch decks.
/ Experiment with AI tools to streamline and optimize the production
process. Building a database of solutions for telling our stories
/ Strong graphic design knowledge, including typography, color theory,
layout, and composition, to create compelling visual stories.
/ Work closely with creative and strategic leads to understand expectations and incorporate feedback.
/ Participate in and contribute to the global creative community within the agency.
