We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join us!
What will you be doing?
As a Senior Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs and objectives.
- Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Solution Design: Work with technical teams to propose solutions that align with business requirements and constraints.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation, such as business requirement documents (BRDs) or functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Testing and Validation: Assist in testing solutions to ensure they meet the business needs, and support stakeholders through the implementation phase.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data trends to support decision-making and provide insights to improve business processes.
What do we expect from you?
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Proficiency with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
