The role
Valtech is looking to hire Ssr BI Digital Marketing Analysts, with hands-on experience with various platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Optimizely among others.
Ideal candidates will have strong data-driven digital marketing skills, with experience in digital analytics, measurement, optimization, SEO. Role responsibilities
- Conduct workshops to define KPIs, digital objectives, project requirements, and educate clients on digital best practices.
- Implement and manage Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 on websites, including GA4 implementation, maintenance, quality control, and data analysis.
- Develop and execute optimization roadmaps, experiments, and data strategies, including data layer design, tagging plans, and marketing automation plans.
- Create and implement dashboards, ongoing reports, and actionable recommendations for improvements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing general guidance and expertise.
- Contribute to thought leadership and support sales efforts by identifying early opportunities.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to improve web performance and user experience.
Minimum qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- +3 years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably in an agency or business environment.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
- Understanding of marketing strategy and optimization tactics, including personalization, SEO, A/B testing, automation, audience segmentation, and content targeting.
- Experience presenting to stakeholders and conducting workshops and training activities.
- Knowledge of popular digital marketing tools and channel strategies across web, email, social, and mobile.
- Experience developing and implementing measurement strategies and tagging plans.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a consulting or client services environment (>2 years).
- Experience with dashboard tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Knowledge of SEO/optimization tools such as Semrush, CrazyEgg, or HotJar.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP). (Non-essential)
- Familiarity with DXPs such as Sitecore, Optimizely, Salesforce Commerce Cloud. (Non-essential)
