What we´re doing to improve the website
The Website partially meets WCAG 2.0 AA (except criteria 1.2.4 and 1.2.5). We are already working on the next iterations of the Website to increase our standard to WCAG 2.1 AA.
During our recent audit, we have identified critical accessibility issues to fix. They are currently prioritized by our team to fix them as soon as practicable. They include, without limitation:
-
On the Events page, webinars of past events may not be read through screen readers; and
-
Podcast page, transcripts or an audio alternative is not provided; and
-
ZoomText functionality is not available across pages like Event, Whitepapers, Open positions, Work, Content Hub and Blog
Minor and medium areas of the Website that must be fixed include, without limitation:
-
Zoomed text
-
Translations are not always provided in other languages of the Website
-
Insufficient contrasts ratio
-
Keyboard path skipping section and regions
-
Heading structure
-
Audio-only content of podcasts does not include transcripts
-
Complex access to Webinars if used with screen readers and keyboard
-
Videos in Events does not include transcripts
-
Buttons and logos are not always labelled properly
-
Responsiveness of content in small resolution and orientation for devices when in landscape mode.
-
Focus indicators are not always persistent or consistent across pages like Events, Whitepapers, Open positions, Work, Content Hub and Blog
-
Contact form error validation might not be working for screen readers
We are currently working to fix these issues. We’re aiming to get the critical issues for WCAG 2.0 AA fixed by December 31, 2025. Any new content published or updated after June 28, 2025, will WCAG 2.1 AA.
Our dedicated team of developers are working continuously to minimize the number of non-compliant issues on our sites and fix as many as possible.
We are committed to educating all staff to be aware of website accessibility guidelines to ensure maximum compliance when new content is added to our websites.
