The Ideal Candidate
- 1+ year experience with Content Management Systems
- Working experience with CMS (Sitecore, Contentstack, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento), at least one
- Basic knowledge of HTML CSS
- Bachelor’s degree
- A high level of detail-oriented attention
- Being able to work securely and independently
- Identifying changes in the situation, such as deadlines, planning, substantive changes
- You have an eye for detail and a sense for the technical side of your work
- Excellent spoken and written English (at least Upper-intermediate)
- Accountability, strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Strong desire to learn more about business every day
Optional:
- Knowledge of Sitecore and Contentstack
The Role
We are looking for a Content Editor who would like to perform CMS activities for our clients. You can effortlessly find your way in the CMS so that you can create the smartest and most beautiful pages and modules for your clients. You know the CMS like no other and you know exactly which module you use and when. You ensure an efficient approach within your project and the beautiful and complete delivery of pages in the CMS within the set deadline. As a Content Editor, you are naturally precise, and you can work independently.
You will mainly work on the Sitecore and Contentstack platforms. You could think of these activities:
- As part of your onboarding process, you will learn the CMS solutions
- Build a page in the CMS based on a wireframe or design
- Transfer content to this page
- Know the structure of the website and implement cross-links through pages
- Enter metadata in the CMS in the right places
- Some of your tasks will involve proofreading
- Report to your project manager if things change in the planning or implementation, or if you have questions
As a Content Editor, you work within a team with other content editors for a specific time on a project. You work for large imaginative brands and you contribute to their visibility. Millions of visitors navigate through pages that you have created.
As a consultant, you are expected to develop expertise both in technology and in communicating complex concepts and rationale to non-techies. We’ll encourage and support this with frequent opportunities to share ideas internally. We also have consultants who frequently deliver at regional, national and global conferences.

- Technical Interview — up to 1-hour technical discussion with our experts.
- Final Interview — up to 1-hour soft skills meeting with the Delivery Manager and People Partner.
