Adobe Partner Development Manager

We are seeking an Adobe Partner Development Manager in North America to drive and manage Valtech’s strategic partnership with Adobe. This high-impact role is critical to expanding Valtech’s Adobe business by building strong partner relationships, driving joint growth strategies, and delivering measurable value for our clients.
This role reports directly to the Global Adobe Business Leader at Valtech and collaborates closely with regional leadership, sales, and marketing teams.
The ideal candidate is a commercially driven professional with a proven track record in partner management and business development within the Adobe ecosystem. Existing relationships within Adobe and a deep understanding of Adobe’s solutions and go-to-market strategies will set you apart.

What you will do:
Partner Development & Growth
- Serve as the primary regional liaison between Valtech and Adobe, driving collaboration, alignment, and joint opportunity generation.
- Own the regional joint business plan aligned with Valtech's global Adobe GTM strategy and drive its execution across sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with Adobe's Field and Regional Sales teams to generate inbound and co-sell opportunities.
- Take ownership of regional partner growth metrics and ensure consistent progress toward revenue and ROI targets.
Sales
- Actively engage in pursuits where there is an Adobe opportunity, supporting client leads and ensuring joint account plans are executed effectively.
- Collaborate with sales and client teams to build and maintain key relationships, leveraging Adobe's investments and influence within accounts.
- Take a leadership role in sales processes when needed, ensuring alignment and progress across all stakeholders.
Value Proposition Development
- Lead the creation of joint value propositions with Adobe, ensuring they align with Valtech's global Adobe strategy and address client needs and market opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing to design and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment with Adobe.
- Stay updated on Adobe's latest innovations to identify opportunities and shape Valtech's market offerings in alignment with the overall strategy.
What you should have:
- 4+ years' experience in partner/channel management, business development, or similar roles in the Adobe space.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Strong network within the Adobe ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans.
This is a full-time, salaried position in the United States. The salary for this position is $110,000 - $190,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
