We are looking for a Global Atlassian Engineer to join our big Global IT team. Valtech has a growing cross-functional IT Team that supports Global tools & systems and drives innovative solutions for all Valtech entities all over the world. The Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of working experience in Atlassian products administration (Cloud or Data Center)
- Experience with migration of Atlassian products DC to Cloud, Cloud to Cloud (JIRA, Confluence, Asset management, JSM);
- Must be proficient with the use of Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, MS Office tools (MS Excel)
- Exceptional organizational and work structuring skills, attention to details, priorities management
- Strong verbal & written communication skills, ability to consult
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Strong logical and analytical skills, critical thinking
- Exceptional internal customer service orientation and related skill
Optional:
- Experience with process automation & scripting (Groovy scripting, Script Runner/Automation plugins)
- Experience with Atlassian API development (Cloud & DC)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Practical Scrum/Kanban experience
- General cyber security knowledge
- Experience in content management
- Experience in Software Development companies and/or E-commerce
- Work in the International distributed Team
The Role
- Global Atlassian Jira and Confluence administration, configuration, and user support
- New Jira and Jira Service Management projects creation & configuration
- Consulting requestors on company Atlassian standards and best practices
- Business process automation via Atlassian tools (workflow, forms, mail handlers, etc)
- New Confluence space/page creation & configuration by template, structuring information
- Participation in Jira and Confluence data migration from local Valtech instances to global and/or from Data Center version to Cloud or Cloud to Cloud (including coordination with Stakeholders in corresponding countries, migration data, and user support)
- Control & analyze Data, facilitate of data correction/cleaning, and user support (Jira, Confluence)
- Prepare accurate and timely reports (working with the team in Agile approach with SCRUM/KANBAN boards and ServiceDesk tickets)
- Initiate and support data analysis and process improvements New Jira projects creation & configuration by template new Confluence space/pages creation & configuration by template, structuring information
