The Ideal Candidate

  • Proficiency in Python and experience with microservices architecture, 5 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Fast Api
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Knowledge of Terraform
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and version control systems like Git.
  • Upper-intermediate English level
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Accountability, collaboration, and time-management skills
  • Strong desire to learn more about business every day

Optional

  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) or Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Experience with Java (SDK 21)
  • Experience with Micronaut Framework
  • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and tools.

The Role

As a Senior Python Engineer within our organization, you will work in a team to deliver solid solutions. You will:

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
  • Develop and optimize microservices-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable cloud-native applications (preferably in Azure).
  • Implement and maintain Docker-based containerized environments.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

  2. HR Interview — up to 1-hour interview with a Talent Acquisition Consultant.
  3. Technical Interview — up to 1-hour technical discussion with our experts.
  4. Final Interview — up to 1-hour soft skills meeting with the Delivery Manager and People Partner.
  5. References — We’ll request references at this stage.
