About the Role
You have a strong eye for design, a feel for digital user experiences, and want to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team? Then we'd love to meet you.
We are an international digital agency on a mission: to design digital experiences that actually work - for people, brands, and global markets.
To strengthen our team, we're looking for a Junior UI Designer who's eager to grow in a modern agency environment and contribute to exciting client projects from day one.
What you'll do
- Design UI concepts, screens and components for websites, apps, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate closely with UX, development, and project management teams
- Create layouts, teasers, banners, and landing pages for product launches and promotional campaigns
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of design systems
- Help visualize ideas using wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
- Advise clients from both a brand and user perspective - bringing design and strategy together
- Take part in team reviews, creative brainstorms, and feedback sessions
- Stay up to date with trends and push your skillset forward continuously
What you bring
- A complete degree or formal training in communication design, interaction design, interface design or similar
- Initial professional experience in an agency or digital context (e.g. through an internship or a student role)
- A portfolio that showcases how you think, design, and solve problems
- Solid skills in Figma, and basic experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent written and spoken German
- A strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and visual consistency
- A user-centered mindset and the ability to translate brand identities into digital formats
- A detail-oriented, structured, and conscientious way of working
- Strong self-organization and reliability, with the ability to manage priorities across multiple projects
- A collaborative spirit and clear communication skills in both English and German
- Curiosity, initiative, and the drive to actively shape ideas and processes.
