New York, July 28 2022: Valtech was officially Certified™ as a Great Place to Work® based entirely on current employee feedback and outside analysis.
The Great Place to Work® Certification™ recognizes employers who create an outstanding employee experience. Through a Trust Index survey of employees, 94% of employees said Valtech is a great place to work, compared to 57% for similar companies in the U.S. Other companies that have earned this prestigious designation include Target, American Express, Cisco, Hulu, Hilton and more.
“Great Place to Work Certification™ isn’t something that comes easily – it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience,” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place to Work. “It’s the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time reports of their company culture. Earning this designation means that Valtech is one of the best companies to work for in the country.”
In a time of rapid change, Valtech stays focused on people
In 2020 as work-from-home became the norm, many teams across industries struggled to maintain their company culture. At Valtech, innovation and performance are founded on ideas of trust and collaboration. The global digital agency, focused on business transformation, centers all aspects of its work on people – whether it be teammates, partners or clients. According to data from the Trust Index Survey, Valtech employees agree that the people are what make Valtech a great place to work. That people-first mentality is still front and center in our new reality in which a majority of employees work remotely.
“We are thrilled to become Great Place to Work-Certified™ as we consider employee experience a top priority every day,” says Melisa Guerbi, Director of People and Culture. “We owe our continued success to our team of dedicated employees at Valtech. We celebrate and thank them for all they do to earn this incredible recognition.”
