Valtech remains digital lead agency for TUI hotel brands

Digital services are accelerating the transformation of many global businesses. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the strength of web-based services is once again evident – not least in the tourism industry. Since 2012, Valtech has supported TUI as the digital lead agency in optimizing its services for the group's own hotel brands and will continue to do so with an extension agreed for the next three years.

In the future, Valtech will continue to support TUI with their eCommerce for its own hotel brands, including optimizing the websites of ROBINSON Club GmbH and further developing the ROBINSON app.
The tourism industry is currently undergoing fundamental changes and some trends will become established. Flexibility and individual security will remain important criteria for a booking decision even after the pandemic.
