Kin + Carta policies
Modern slavery statement
Kin + Carta, acquired by Valtech in April 2024, is committed to acting responsibly and ethically when conducting business and upholding its responsibility to respect human rights, a foundational principle of the United Nations (UN) ‘Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights’ framework that applies to companies. This commitment is reinforced by our Modern Slavery Policy, which sets out our zero-tolerance policy toward any form of modern slavery or child labor.
We make an annual statement, setting out the steps that Kin + Carta has taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any of our supply chains or in any part of our business.
Kin and Carta Holdco Ltd. and Kin and Carta UK Limited are both required to have an annual statement, under the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. Download their statements to learn more.
