Senior Front-End React Engineer

We are looking for Senior Front-End React Engineer to join our global team of 6,000 professionals in more than 60 offices worldwide.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years experience with React.js.
  • Strong experience with Next.js.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES5+) and TypeScript.
  • Expertise in HTML5/CSS3, including preprocessors like LESS/SASS, and methodologies such as BEM.
  • Hands-on experience consuming REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Awareness of SEO standards and how they apply to front-end development.
  • Familiarity with unit testing and related testing frameworks.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in Agile and Scrum methodologies within cross-functional teams.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Accountability, collaboration, and time-management skills.
  • Strong desire to learn more about business every day.

Optional:

  • Experience working with Azure cloud services.
  • Exposure to Node.js development.
  • Familiarity with Commercetools or other headless commerce platforms.
  • Interest or experience in modern front-end tools and processes.

The Role

As a Senior Front-End Consultant within our organization, you will be a part of the team building ecommerce solutions for our clients who need to handle the daily challenges of scaling, resilience, and performance.

You will work in an agile way in cross-functional global teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will develop innovative approaches for displaying rich datasets to users in an easy-to-use, intuitive way. You will be expected to develop features, take part in the estimation process, conduct the code reviews and assist less senior developers.

As Consultant, you are expected to develop expertise both in technology and the means to communicate complex concepts and rationale to non-techies. We’ll encourage and support this with frequent opportunities to share ideas internally.

  2. HR Interview — up to 1-hour interview with a Talent Acquisition Consultant.
  3. Technical Interview — up to 1-hour technical discussion with our experts.
  4. Final Interview — up to 1-hour soft skills meeting with the Delivery Manager and People Partner.
