Salesforce B2C Commerce Technical Lead

We are looking for a Salesforce B2C Commerce Technical Lead to join our network of more than 66000+ consultants in 25+ countries. Numerous new and ongoing exciting projects, including enterprise e-commerce solutions, mobile apps, data services, content platforms, user experience, and marketing. The Ideal Candidate

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce (Demandware)
  • 2+ years in a Technical Lead role or similar
  • Proven leadership skills: ownership, commitment, and the ability to guide and support teams effectively
  • Advances knowledge in JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Deep expertise in SFCC platform capabilities and knowledge of SFRA and SiteGenesis frameworks
  • Strong understanding of APIs and 3rd-party integrations
  • Experience with OCAPI/SCAPI/Custom APIs
  • Familiarity with the SEO, caching strategies, performance optimization, and security best practices
  • Experience with e-commerce concepts and challenges
  • Actual Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer certification
  • Proficiency in using version control tools like Git
  • Upper-intermediate English level
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Accountability, collaboration, and time-management skills
  • Strong desire to learn more about business every day.

Optional:

  • Experience with Composable Storefront (PWA Kit) or headless architecture is a big plus
  • Salesforce B2C Commerce Architect certification
  • Experience with TypeScript, Node.js and React.js
  • Familiarity with Headless CMS platforms.

The Role

As a Salesforce B2C Commerce Technical Lead within our organization, you will design, develop, and deliver robust e-commerce solutions for leading global brands. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and directly with the client’s team to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will:

  • Lead and manage a team of 20+ consultants in collaboration with the Program Manager
  • Collaborate with the client, teams, and the Program Manager to fully understand and implement business requirements
  • Design, develop, and implement new features, while supporting and enhancing existing functionalities on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform
  • Maintain high-quality documentation for all development and architectural decisions
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges, providing clear updates to the Program Manager and other stakeholders.

As a consultant, you are expected to develop expertise both in technology and in communicating complex concepts and rationale to non-techies. We’ll encourage and support this with frequent opportunities to share ideas internally and externally. Join us to build the future of digital commerce!
