Innovation Through Time: Exploring Retail’s Future at Casa Batlló
The history of retail is marked with major moments of human innovation. While those innovations might have been slow and steady for centuries, recent changes have been big and swift. From the launch of the first ecommerce platform to new BOPIS functionality, the innovations shaping retail’s present and future demand industry-wide attention. Shoptalk 2024, taking place in Barcelona, provided the perfect time for industry leaders from around the world to gather and talk about the challenges facing retail brands.
We closed out the first day of Shoptalk on June 3, 2024 for an evening of thought leadership, networking opportunities and of course great food and drinks. Our guests got the chance to unwind and experience retail innovation history to better understand retail’s future.
We hosted this event at the legendary art house, Casa Batlló, right in the heart of Barcelona. With its origins in the late 1800s, and a slew of renovations and artistic upgrades throughout the 1900s, Casa Batlló was the perfect venue for an event celebrating innovative history. In the stunning art house, the guests enjoyed a showcase of retail and technological evolution designed to highlight how we help retail, luxury and CPG companies leap ahead of the competition.
