The role
/Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs and objectives.
/Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
/Solution Design: Work with technical teams to propose solutions that align with business requirements and constraints.
/Documentation: Create detailed documentation, such as business requirement documents (BRDs) or functional specifications.
/Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
/Testing and Validation: Assist in testing solutions to ensure they meet the business needs, and support stakeholders through the implementation phase.
/Data Analysis: Analyze data trends to support decision-making and provide insights to improve business processes.
