Now, we’re looking for a People & Culture Lead to play a key role in the ongoing growth of Valtech Bulgaria.
This is your chance to shape the local People & Culture strategy, ensure an inclusive and fair work environment, and drive business success by empowering our people.
As People & Culture Lead, you will:
✔ Develop & implement P&C strategies aligned with regional and global goals, contributing to the regional P&C strategy.
✔ Guide organizational design decisions in collaboration with regional and local leadership.
✔ Ensure compliance with local labor laws while adapting policies & procedures as well as overseeing compliance programs completion with the entity.
✔ Champion Diversity & Inclusion through strategic initiatives.
✔ Drive engagement & culture, using employee feedback to shape a thriving workplace.
✔ Manage compensation & benefits, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
✔ Foster community connections, from alumni relations to industry networking.
✔ Oversee P&C operations, including performance appraisals, onboarding, and internal communication.
✔ Own and manage the People & Culture budget, including planning, allocation, and reporting to the Managing Director
✔ Lead the local P&C team & office experience team, ensuring smooth operations.
✔ Oversee and enhance internship programs, helping nurture future talent and integrate them into Valtech’s culture.
What You Bring
✔ 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
✔ A strong understanding of HR functions and business strategy.
✔ Excellent communication & collaboration skills—you connect people and business seamlessly.
✔ Business acumen - especially in a consulting environment.
✔ A proactive mindset - you see challenges as opportunities.
✔ Fluent English skills - to engage with our global teams.
