The role
As a Capacity Consultant, you’ll be a strategic partner to senior leadership, playing a key role in optimizing workforce planning and resource management. You'll be responsible for organizing and improving data, making sure decision-makers have the right information to drive success.

Role responsibilities
Staffing
- Be part of the regional capacity team. You will collaborate with delivery leads, project managers, capability leads and recruitment teams, to staff projects with the appropriate experts from a skill set standpoint and from a financial one
- Data Cleansing for Forecasting: Making sure data is accurate in all systems, to provide a perfect overview of the upcoming work. Pushing for updates / timesheets submissions on service line/ region team members
- Orchestrate capacity management process (talent profile exchange, interview setup, availability validation, etc.) between all parties involved as well as feedback collection process when required
- Be involved in staffing and team setups during a proposal phase of a new project.
- Be involved in project staffing situations to fill all positions as accurately as possible with availability, client priorities, allocations and skills.
- Attend to and give support in key meetings related to staffing and operations processes in order to make sure all staffing variables are covered
Reporting responsibilities
- Understanding data, creating custom reports
Optimization
- Collaborate with the service line/region leaders in the billability optimization and utilization of experts across the region
- Be in control of the data related to current bench and their potential opportunities, making sure data is accurate and reports are ready for the decision-making process.
- Monitor current bench / staff availability
- Run Profiles site campaigns, to commit with the profiles completion in the platform
Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with Demand Mangament in all topics related to Talent Acquisition.
- Advise demand team to move to hiring
Academies
- Collaborate with Capacity Management in all administrative topics related to Academies trainings or events.
Cross-Service lines collaboration
- The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team. Being part of a larger and super-regional team allows us to collaborate in different ways. Although you have assigned a service line/region for your daily work, when the time comes, to be able to provide support to the team in other service lines, as a team force.
- When applicable, collaborate inside temporary project squads in order to add value to different processes of the company that could have direct/indirect impact into the capacity management tasks
Minimum qualifications

- Experience in availability and capacity management, ensuring service level compliance and recovery testing.
- Monitoring and planning capacity to optimize resource usage.
- Demand management, facilitating planning and tracking business requests.
- Problem analysis and investigation in systems and services, implementing preventive solutions.
- Stakeholder relationship management, resolving issues, and improving communication.
- Workforce planning, identifying gaps, and contributing to strategy development.
- Advanced English.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge.
Preferred qualifications
- Portuguese is a nice to have.
