The success of a solution is typically measured by the results it creates. The results of online solutions are, by nature, created through the usage of a system. Therefore there is a direct link between the results of an online solution and its user-friendliness.
Although the previous statements seem obvious, too many new online projects see the light of day without ever taking user-friendliness into account. The main reasons cited are usually tight deadlines, tight budgets and too much faith in technology and not enough in people.
Interaction design and usability are two fundamental areas where you should NOT cut corners. It is crucial that the user be put at the center of the development process.
User tests and user involvement in all project phases are therefore a natural facet of our way of working. We are truly user-centered. To solve usability issues when they are cheapest and easiest to fix, we recommend getting users involved in the project as early as possible.
